The ring must be returned with the original packaging and if a diamond certificate accompanied the order, the certificate must be returned with the original packaging or a fee will be applied. Rings must be without engraving, and in original condition to be fully refunded. We are happy to offer a 30-day return policy on all rings purchased through My Bridal Ring.
